Delivery Charges

We currently only deliver to UK Mainland addresses.

The courier will be selected depending on the size and requirements of your order and delivery location. Items that are outside of our 'Small Item - Standard Delivery' charge will be indicated on the product page, or at checkout before payment.

You can order as many standard delivery items as you like for £4.95.

However, larger and more fragile items are charged delivery per item ordered.

Your delivery charge will be shown at checkout, before making payment.

Small Items - Combined Standard Delivery

3-5 working days for delivery.
This includes items such as giftware, home accessories, small lighting and leather goods. You can combine multiple items for one delivery charge of £4.95, that are not indicated as fragile, medium size or large furniture items.

Fragile & Medium Sized Item
£30.00 per item
Up to 10 working days for delivery.
This includes items that require a different kind of delivery service to regular or smaller items. You will be charged per item.
This will include items such as; all small to medium sized mirrors, large or heavy lamps. These items are delivered to your door and the packaging won't be taken away by the courier. Your delivery cannot be left in a safe place and someone will need to be at home to take the delivery.
This will be highlighted on the product page or at check out before payment.

 

Furniture Delivery - Two Man Or Special Service
£50.00 per item
Up to 4 weeks for delivery. 
Please feel free to contact us before ordering, we can answer any questions you may have.
Delivery to ground floor only. We only use dedicated furniture couriers to transport our furniture. You will be charged per item.
This may also include items such as large mirrors. Your delivery cannot be left in a safe place and someone will need to be at home to take the delivery.
This will be highlighted on the product page or at check out before payment.

We cannot offer assembly of furniture outside of Cornwall or Plymouth. For assembly of furniture within Cornwall, this will need to be booked in by calling 01208 812221.

You will be charged the highest rate, depending on what you add to your order.

For example, ordering: 2x greetings cards and 1x cushion would result in a standard delivery charge of £4.95.

Items that are outside of our 'Small Item - Standard Delivery' charge will be indicated on the product page, or at checkout before payment.

We will endeavour to dispatch your order quickly and efficiently, we usually despatch your order the same day, if placed before 3pm. However, unfortunately during busy periods this can take up to 24 hours longer.

Please note that delivery timescales are estimated and can vary. Whilst we endeavour to despatch your order as quickly as possible, sometimes our couriers can experience delays due to adverse weather conditions and break-downs, which are unfortunately out of our control. Please check your spam/junk folder as we, or our couriers, may have tried to update you.
